Founder

Mark Crocker is a Victoria, BC builder with 25+ years across executive leadership, fundraising, learning & development, and international community work — including international development assignments in DRC, Haiti, Latin America, and Asia.

He holds an MA in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University (2023). Past roles include Executive Director at Leadership Victoria (a cross-sector leadership hub serving 13 municipalities) and Director of Fundraising & Partnerships at United Way Southern Vancouver Island. He has facilitated online learning since 2007 — an early adopter of distributed work.

CrockerWorks is his independent app studio, applying the same care to honest, useful software that he's brought to a quarter-century of mission-driven work.
